Project #12: Howi.work

A few years ago, I took a personality test that only had 2 questions. I thought, there’s no way this is going to be any good.

I was blown away by how accurate it was.

But here’s the catch: it’s not available to the public. It’s a recruitment tool that companies pay $5k or more to use.

So, I wanted to make a free version of it, along with commonly-known personality tests like Myers-Briggs and Enneagram tests.

Some notable improvements on this project:

• I used the Resend API to prompt the user for their email address to get detailed reports

• I also used the Resend API to enable in-browser feedback

• I set up email forwarding so that now all of my projects can have their own email address that all gets routed to the same place and is sorted by project

I plan to add the above features to all my projects.

I have a lot of websites up now, so the next step is to pay for Ahrefs or Semrush and see if I can get any of them to rank on Google.
